Each bedroom in this stunning home boasts incredible ocean and mountain views, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beauty of the surrounding environment. Equipped with a queen bed, large closet with a mirror, desk, and bed lamp with outlets and USB chargers, the bedrooms offer a comfortable and convenient space for remote work and schooling.
The bathroom features a shower and bathtub, as well as a toilet, providing all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with most appliances, dishes, and drink sets, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The Dacor electric cooktop allows you to cook up special meals with ease.
The extendable dining table, complete with two leaves, is perfect for hosting special get-togethers with friends and family. The backyard, which is mesh-fenced, provides a stunning view of the sea and wildlife, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the outdoors in complete privacy.
The living room serves as the heart of the home, featuring an electric fireplace, a large 55-inch TV, and a massage chair, making it the perfect place to relax and gather with family and friends.
For your convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer combo, allowing you to easily keep up with laundry during extended stays or group gatherings.
Please note that this home has 40 stairs leading down to the living space, and the owners of the property are a quiet couple who are both over 50 years old and live upstairs. While there are no pets on the property, their 20-year-old son may occasionally visit and stay over on weekends.
We kindly ask that guests with mobility or disability issues be aware of the stairs and consider their own limitations before booking this property. The owners will do their best to assist guests with luggage, but it’s important to note that the stairs can be challenging for some.
Despite the stairs, this home offers a beautiful and peaceful environment, with friendly and accommodating hosts who will make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Guests can access the ground floor of the home by taking the stairs, and a personalized six-digit code will be provided for entry.

About Us
My husband, son, and I immigrated to Canada from China in 2005 and have been living and working in Calgary, AB, ever since. When we have free time, we enjoy traveling around the world and exploring new places. During the summer of 2021, we visited Campbell River and fell in love with the area. The stunning natural beauty, welcoming community, and endless outdoor activities captured our hearts, and we decided to make Campbell River our new home. In the fall of 2021, we relocated our family to this beautiful coastal town and have been enjoying everything it has to offer ever since.
As new residents of Campbell River, we are excited to share our love for this area with others and welcome guests to our home. We are thrilled to have you stay with us and hope you will feel comfortable and at ease during your visit. 1, Please comply with parking regulations and requirements and be considerate of other vehicles in the neighborhood.
2, We kindly request that you remove your outdoor shoes inside the home to keep the floors clean.
3, Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Airbnb. Cigarette butts must be disposed of in the ashtray provided in the backyard of the property.
4, Parties and events are not permitted on the property.
5, Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and the maximum capacity is 6 people.
6, Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Please be respectful of other guests and neighbors during this time.
7, Eating and drinking in bedrooms is not allowed. Please enjoy your meals in the dining room.
8, Garbage should be disposed of in the trash bin provided.
9, Please supervise your children when outside to ensure their safety.
10, Please take good care of your pet to avoid any damage to the property and keep the indoor area clean and tidy.
11, Please turn off lights, the fireplace, and any electronics when leaving the house.
12, Ensure all windows are closed and the door is locked before leaving.
13, Any damages or breakages must be reported in a timely manner.
14, Dishes and cups should be washed, and garbage should be thrown out in the outside garbage bin before checkout.
15, Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises.
16, Always close the fence gate behind you for security purposes.
